A Customizable Controller for 3 Axis Modular CNC Machine

However, most of the commercial CNCs controllers are expensive work only on dedicated machine. With recent advancement automation, custom conrtoller for CN operation possibly be build. In this project, three axis motion controlled by Arduino Uno board Atmega 328p microcontroller. case, serves as an open source burner burns microcontroller using provided programmes. Stepper motor drivers CNC shield accept signals from transmit power stepper motors. Using Inkspace software, user must first convert any image or text file into G-code before feeding it then browsed in Universal Sender software connected GRBL v0.9i through laptop serial interface. programme has visualizer feature allows see manufacturing processes alongside simulation.
